Accountabilities:

The Database Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving complex technical challenges, supporting developers,

- Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues related to databases, authentication systems, storage, real-time services, edge functions, and client libraries.
- Provide consultative guidance to users by recommending best practices, optimizing workloads, and helping prevent recurring issues.
- Reproduce software issues, identify root causes, define workarounds, and provide detailed escalation information to engineering teams.
- Analyze incomplete or complex support requests by asking targeted questions and transforming them into actionable technical cases.
