We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer with a robust backend engineering foundation and working proficiency across the full stack. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with solid, hands-on experience building modern UI layers. You'll join the DCT Engineering team,



working on our Data Compliance/Test data solutions, with a core focus on our DCT Headless Masking product — a solution that enables customers to mask sensitive data at scale to meet compliance and security requirements. This is primarily a backend-focused role — the majority of the work involves designing and scaling backend services — but you'll be expected to comfortably pick up frontend tasks, own features end-to-end, and collaborate closely across the stack without needing constant hand-off to dedicated UI engineers. You will report to the Manager of Engineering.
