We are seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics qualified to support the Credit Risk function by owning data preparation, building high-quality reporting, and automating repeatable workflows that support timely and accurate risk monitoring.

The role is anchored around three core pillars. Data fundamentals:



a strong understanding of data structures, normalization, controls, and data quality. Reporting and analytics: hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards (advanced Excel is required; Power BI experience is a strong plus). Automation: practical experience using Python and Power Automate to reduce manual processes and scale recurring reporting, with SharePoint exposure as a plus. Prior experience in financial services or investment management is highly desirable and would meaningfully complement the existing Credit Risk team in India.
