- Evaluation of annual reports, business, fixed assets of the underlying loans being purchased
- Due Diligence of facility documents and litigation documents
- Portfolio monitoring.
- Coordination amongst various teams – internal legal, internal operations team, external lawyers, valuers etc.
- CA having 2-5 years of experience, preferably from Banks/large NBFCs/ large ARCs who have worked in distressed loans
- Valuable communication & inter-personal skills
- Hard worker & team player
