The role
The role is responsible for delivering standardized, accurate,
and insight-driven management reporting to enable data-backed decision-making across TMICC operations. The position will drive reporting excellence through automation, process improvement, and robust KPI tracking aligned with business and client objectives

What you'll be responsible for
1. Management Reporting & Insights
- Design and standardize management reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across TMICC.
- Analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers to identify improvement opportunities and process inefficiencies.
- Translate data into actionable insights that support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and optimize executive dashboards aligned to critical business KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Drive reporting simplification and eliminate redundant metrics to enhance decision-making effectiveness.
