- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales supervisors and field executives, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Oversee daily field operations, including route planning, distribution efficiency, and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers to drive volume growth and shelf space optimization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards across the region.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to assess team effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and inventory planning.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, KPI dashboards, and forecasts for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in sales management within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching, inspiring, and developing field teams.
- In-depth knowledge of retail distribution networks, trade marketing, and channel management.
