Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a solid emphasis on Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing frameworks and a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through rigorous testing practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and performance considerations.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in QA automation and performance testing.





Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Proficient in automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics and logs.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Familiarity with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on Performance Testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
