- User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for end-users reporting technical issues

- Incident Management: Diagnose,
resolve, or escalate hardware and software problems, tracking every ticket

- Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors,
and peripherals), monitoring their location, status, and assignment.
