We are looking for an cutting-edge and enthusiastic and result oriented "Facilities Lead" to plan facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our operations and Utilities (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Utilities).
2.Develop and review project plans & drawings and assist in Capital equipment’s installation,



commissioning and handing over.
3.Coordination with various contractors, architects, suppliers and government agencies as per requirements.
4.Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems and troubleshooting for problem solving.
5.Project experience with budget, scope & specification, techno-commercial discussion, schedule, plans and execution with commissioning and handing over of system in project timeline.
6.Maintenance activities – Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown with minimum downtime.
7.Own and setup the installation of new systems and Utilities equipment’s, as well as supports to execute Improvement projects and retro fitment job.
8.Planning and Coordination for Daily, weekly, Quarterly and Yearly breakdown activities with suppliers and contractors.
9.Upkeeping of Infra structures and maintenance activities for Civ
