We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organisation
- Design and develop our product, in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organisation and its business
- Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs
- Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders
- Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver productive business outcomes
- Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes
- Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives
Job Requirements :
- Experience: 1-2 year of relevant experience in same or similar domain
- Education: B.tech CS/IT mandatory
- Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Product Evaluation: Skilled in assessing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of comprehensive reports and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
