- Coordinate with clients, including scheduling appointments and addressing concerns.
- Manage sales data, such as customer information& sales reports.
- Maintain tracker for Quotation shared.
- Reviewing sales requirement for testing feasibility and coordinate with technical team for feasibility and any subcontracting requirement.
- Getting quotations for parameters to be outsourced with local laboratories and within ALS global laboratories.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
- Coordinating with other laboratories for subcon sample repots.
- Arrange sampling materials.
- Coordinate courier partners to arrange for sample pick up and shipment local and international with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Registration team for timely registration of samples received by providing necessary requirements for registration.




- Maintaining updated tracker for samples registered with proper pricing and PO.
- Maintaining updated tracker for Test report and Invoice dispatch.
