Description
Dashboard & Report Development
- Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense or Power BI or Tableau.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly data visualizations.
- Develop and maintain data models, calculated fields, and KPI metrics.
- Optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and support self-service analytics across teams.

Data Management & Governance
- Connect to and manage multiple data sources including SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI reports.
- Document data definitions, business logic, and report specifications.
- Enforce BI governance standards, access controls, and best practices.

Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with data engineers, IT teams,



and business analysts to support end-to-end data pipelines.
- Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and dashboards.
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to BI roadmap planning.

Required
Technical Skills – BI Tools
- Qlik: Proficiency in Qlik Sense -- associative data model, set analysis, scripting, and app development. (Must have)
- Power BI: Strong experience with Power BI Desktop & Service — DAX, Power Query (M), data modelling, and workspace management.
- Tableau: Experience building Tableau workbooks, calculated fields, LOD expressions, and publishing to Tableau Server/Online.

Data & Analytical Skills
- Robust proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, ETL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus
