As part of the Users & Products Analytics team, we ensure our organization has access to aligned, accurate, and actionable business metrics that drive global operations. We bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic decision-making. Our mission centers on four core pillars:

As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will sit at the intersection of traditional big data architecture and cutting-edge AI implementation.



You will lead a high-performing team of Data Engineers and Analysts, collaborating directly with Business Analysts, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, and product leaders.

This role offers the unique opportunity to design creative data solutions and solve complex scalability challenges using large-scale production data infrastructure, while pioneering our team's LLM and Generative AI initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and code-review a team of Data Engineers and BI Analysts. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery utilizing Python, Advanced SQL, BigQuery and Java.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of scalable data warehouses and pipelines (ETL/ELT). Act as the hands-on authority for orchestrating data workflows via Airflow, Spark, dbt, and Kafka.
