SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
The Lead – MEP Execution (Electrical) is responsible for execution and monitoring of electrical MEP systems across assigned projects. The role ensures timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control and coordination of power distribution, lighting, ELV and fire alarm systems in line with project objectives.
? Optimize electrical execution costs through effective planning and material utilization
? Minimize rework and wastage in electrical works
? Support project profitability through timely and cost-effective execution
? Monitor budgets and control execution-related expenses
Customer Perspective
? Deliver reliable and high-quality electrical systems
? Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams
? Support timely handover of electrical services
? Enhance client confidence through defect-free execution
Internal Process Perspective
? Plan and monitor execution of power, lighting, ELV and fire alarm systems
? Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and standards
? Review shop drawings, method statements and BOQs
? Resolve technical and execution issues related to electrical systems
? Coordinate with mechanical, civil and architectural teams
? Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms
? Track progress and prepare MIS reports
