The Opportunity
Libra AI is an enterprise AI-native WorkOS that unifies search, automation, and intelligent action across 250+ tools. We replace the chaos of fragmented software with one AI layer that actually works: executing workflows, surfacing answers, and taking action across HR, Finance, Procurement, GTM, and beyond.
We are pre-seed funded, growing fast, and we have built something that enterprise teams genuinely love using. Now we need the person who will take it to North America.
This is not a "follow the playbook" role. There is no playbook yet and you will write it. As our Founding AE, you will own North America go-to-market from zero: the first deals, the first process, the first hires. If you have been waiting for a chance to build something from the ground up at a company where your work is visible, your equity is meaningful, and your instincts will actually shape the direction of the business, this is it.

What You Will Own




- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America, from cold outreach to close
- Build and refine the GTM playbook: ICP definition, outbound motion, discovery frameworks, pitch narrative, and objection handling
- Work directly with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product direction
- Hire and onboard the next AEs once you have proven the model
- Set up the tooling, process, and culture for a world-class sales function

What We Are Looking For
3 to 6 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or AI, selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers in North America. You have navigated multi-stakeholder deals, you know what good discovery looks like, and you understand how to connect a product's capabilities to a customer's real business problems.
