About The Role
ServiceMax PTC, is seeking a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in building an intelligent, resilient, and human-centric mobile experience, that bridges the gap between complex enterprise data and real-world execution anchoring on the following -
- Offline-First Excellence: Building sophisticated synchronization engines that handle complex data conflict resolution silently and reliably, ensuring the technician's workflow is never interrupted by connectivity issues.
- Intelligent Assistance:



Transitioning from static forms to AI-driven workflows to reduce administrative burden and improve technician efficiency.
- UX as a Strategy: Prioritizing intuitive design that simplifies the enterprise complexity, making the mobile app an asset rather than a hurdle.

Who you are
- You are a Product Manager with up to 5 years of industry experience, which includes 2-4 years of experience in product management in a fast-paced workplace, preferably in a B2B SAAS company.
- You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking.
- You are AI first with proven record of using AI tools in the prod-development cycle.
- You are familiar with Salesforce and/or have built mobile products.
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, with keen attention to detail.
- You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
