AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) is seeking an experienced Civil BIM Designer with 5 to 15 years of Substation experience with Revit to join our Bangalore office. This role involves working on single and multi-disciplinary Substation projects (Green field and Brown field), focusing on delivering high-quality BIM and CAD outputs that meet international standards.



The role spans Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution (T&D;), Renewables, Infrastructure, and Nuclear domains.

Your role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead drawing and modelling production as a BIM coordinator for Electrical/Civil systems.
- Prepare SLDs, control schemes, layouts, 3D models, and hazardous area classifications.
- Develop substation layouts and infrastructure drawings including power, earthing, lighting, and protection systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team motivation.
- Engage in BIM and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Support project setup, customization, and delivery tracking.
