Your Role: Pre-Press Operator
You will be responsible for receiving, preparing, optimizing, and managing print-ready files for digital, offset and gifting products. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, handling sampling jobs, ensuring cost optimization, and adhering to information security standards. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound in pre-press processes, and capable of end-to-end job ownership.

Qualifications -

Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-press or production role.
Responsibilities -
Pre-Press Operations

Obtain artwork/files from internal teams and prepare them for printing as per job specifications.

Ensure files are print-ready by applying:

Bleeds, cut marks, and crop marks
-
Impositions
-
Color corrections and profile checks
-
Resolution and font checks
-
Perform pre-press work using CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Manage and maintain Punch Outline soft copies accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications, updates, and approvals.
Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams and in some cases with customers for artwork approvals.
