Join our dynamic team at BMWTechWorks India, where you will contribute to cutting-edge vehicle development in the Cluster Digital Product Engineering. Within the CAE Unit, you will work on the structural dynamic simulation and model build-up of large overall models and component models for electric motor units and fuel cell systems. Your work will be key in advancing structural dynamic analysis, conceptual design, topology optimization, and vibrational fatigue testing, enabling innovative and sustainable automotive solutions.

What should you bring along
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Robust analytical mindset with a passion for structural dynamics and simulation
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
- Very good command of English for clear communication across global teams

Must have technical skill
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with OptiStruct and/or Nastran
- Proficiency in ANSA for pre-processing and model setup
- Experience with FEMFAT for vibrational fatigue analysis

Good to have Technical skills
- Familiarity with topology optimization techniques
- Experience in working with large-scale models of electric motor units and fuel cell systems
- Knowledge of additional CAE tools and automotive industry standards
