The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing will assist in managing and supporting the regional sales team to drive revenue growth, maintain client relationships, and promote the hotel’s services and offerings within the designated region. This role is key in ensuring the hotel meets or exceeds its sales targets by leveraging market insights, relationship management, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Implementation:
- o Assist in the execution of regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for the hotel.
- o Support the development and execution of annual sales plans and initiatives tailored to the region.
- o Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and potential target clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key partners.
- o Respond to inquiries, handle requests, and proactively engage with clients to convert leads into sales.

- Lead Generation and Business Development:
