- Act as Product Expert for presentations with national accountability to multiple stakeholders across the Private and public landscape in conjunction with the joints Sales Representative.

• Supports all salesforce and customer installation and technical service requirements in assigned region.
• Manages logistical planning and implementation for procuring, moving, relocating, or repositioning equipment.
• Sharing of best practice across region to ensure we constantly improve our integration of the robot.
• Knowledge of publication, industry, or tech knowledge- be the expert in their field.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products, be up to date with other offerings.
• Involved in roll out of new products/ updates
• Manages customer relationships as RAS expert before, during and after installation. Clinical support for surgeon customer during initial robotics procedures.
