about technology and digital transformation to join our Workday Financials
consulting practice as Graduate Analysts.
This role
offers the opportunity to build a career at the intersection of Finance and
Technology, working on enterprise transformation programs for leading
organisations implementing Workday Financial Management solutions.
You will
receive structured training in Workday Financials and work alongside
experienced consultants delivering cloud ERP implementations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Finance Analyst, you will:
- Provide Functional support across Workday Financials
- Work with clients to understand and document finance business
requirements
- Assist with configuration of Workday modules such as:
- Accounting, Account Posting
Rules, Accounting Journals, General Ledger
- Supplier & Customer
invoices and Procure to Pay & Order Management
- Banking & Settlement
- Business Assets, Expenses and
Projects
- Participate in system testing, data validation, and issue
resolution
- Prepare functional documentation and training materials
- Support client workshops and solution demonstrations
- Demonstrating configurations through prototyping and testing
- Support Data Migration and Conversion activities, reconciliation,
and cutover preparation.
- Providing regular updates to project managers on progress and
blockers
- Provide post-go-live support and system optimisation
- Participating in Workday certification training and internal
knowledge-sharing events

Qualifications
- Bachelors in B.Tech (CSE,IT,ECE)/B.Com (Computers)/ B.SC in Computer Science
- Masters degree in finance, Accounting, Business
