We are seeking a high-performing Lead Engineer who has managed teams or an experienced Engineering Manager to lead strategic initiatives across AI Enablement, Forward Development, and core Software Development.
This role is responsible for driving large-scale engineering transformation programs, modernizing platforms, and building forward-looking capabilities that improve system scalability, reliability, and developer productivity. The role requires deep technical expertise, robust cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate effectively across global engineering teams.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role balancing architecture, execution, and people leadership.
