POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Network Services, will be responsible for overseeing the operations of network and network security services within an organization, which falls under the domain of the function of IT and the brand-led team of PVH technology - managing teams that maintain,



support, and optimize all network & network security functions, ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio, often collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and effective demand management.

This role will be leading a team consisting completely of external Partner Teams located across the globe to ensure efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role will have external partner delivery leads/subject matter experts/operation leads reporting into him/her who have various experiences across single or multiple domains.

- Network stack across the retail, warehouse, office and data center environments
