Work out the various means in which the CML will be added on to and grown keeping in mind the team size and the span of controlEnsure that there is an index built for sites from these CML firms with a transparent mapping of sale potential and expected sale from each of the top x firms.Ensure that the business target for the Unit is delivered through the right spread of firms. Also to ensure there is a minimum % of firms that do business in the year.
Deliver on channel specific targets for the Unit split between verticals.Product Indexing

Sampling-Usage-Site Count Metrics
Applicator Mapping + Sampling-Usage-Site Count MetricsCreating a firm and site level index for specified focus product ranges (will be region specific)Ensuring completion of company/product modules at number of firms within the specifed time periods with the relevant stakeholders.
