Budgeting & Estimation: Prepare quantity takeoffs, draft Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and track material and labor costs to maintain project profitability.
Quality & Safety Control (HSE): Enforce strict quality assurance protocols for construction materials and implement site safety and environmental standards.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, structural consultants,
and municipal authorities to secure necessary building permits and operational clearances.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: Typically 3 to 7+ years of practical field and design experience, ideally with a real estate developer or consulting firm.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting and design software and project management/scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of local building codes, structural engineering, and land development infrastructure.
