Summary

The role is responsible for driving and overseeing the end-to-end MRF & E-commerce sales and distribution operations for Milk & Milk Products. This includes executing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business targets, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards. The incumbent will lead the sales team, enhance brand visibility, optimize product availability and merchandising, and ensure seamless distribution across channels. By leveraging market intelligence, promoting consumer acquisition, and maintaining solid cross-functional coordination, the individual will play a critical role in achieving sustainable growth, improving sales performance, and strengthening the brand’s market presence.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and promote MRF & E-commerce business activities to achieve sales targets as per the business plan.
- Lead and develop the sales team to align with organizational goals and performance benchmarks.
- Strengthen brand identity and increase market visibility through strategic initiatives.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including forecasting,



availability, listing, pricing, shelf share, and merchandising.
- Oversee sales operations such as target achievement, margin optimization, promotions, and rental management.
- Design and implement a scalable consumer acquisition model to drive customer growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the distribution network, channel marketing systems, and local buyer performance.
- Identify business gaps and develop targeted promotional campaigns to address them.
- Build market intelligence and expand distribution reach across cities and towns.
- Review and reconcile sales realizations and outstanding collections regularly.
- Develop and execute effective marketing plans, including BTL (Below-the-Line) activities.
- Organize customer contract programs and proactively address complaints and feedback.
- Ensure the strategic placement and maintenance of Visi Coolers and Bottle Coolers in the market.
