We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in Neo4j, Graph RAG, and Data Governance to support the design, analysis, and optimization of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights while contributing to the development of graph-based data models and governance frameworks that improve data accessibility, quality, and decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to understand business requirements, manage data assets, and build scalable graph-based data solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data, maintaining data integrity, implementing governance best practices, and enabling advanced analytics using graph databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and validate large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain graph-based data models using Neo4j to represent complex relationships across enterprise data.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Graph RAG solutions for intelligent data retrieval and contextual search capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
- Ensure high standards of data governance, including data quality, metadata management, lineage, consistency, and compliance.
