Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- First Class Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline.
- First Class Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Cosmetic Technology or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
- Consistently valuable academic record throughout the educational career.
- Candidates with or without teaching experience may apply.
- Knowledge of cosmetic product formulation, quality assurance, cosmetic regulations, GMP, analytical techniques, and emerging cosmetic technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cosmetic Technology.
- Prepare lesson plans,



course materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.
- Conduct practical sessions, laboratory work, and project supervision.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and career development.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake research, publish scholarly papers, and participate in funded research projects.
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and industrial visits.
- Establish collaborations with industry and research organizations.
- Participate in departmental, institutional, and accreditation-related activities.
- Perform examination duties, evaluation, and other academic responsibilities assigned by the institution.
