About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 18+ years of EPC/EPCM experience. Strong background in power systems, substations, and industrial electrical design.
- Leadership Scope: Manages up to 10 engineers/designers, ensuring technical quality and delivery. Acts as SME for electrical discipline.
- Systems & Tools: MS Office (essential). ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Smart Plant (desirable).
- HSE Capability: Ensures safe design practices and compliance with all electrical safety standards and HSE requirements.
- People Skills: Solid communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with high accountability.
