Job summary

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer contractor to lead the design of scalable, user-centered experiences across DigiCert platforms and products. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping complex workflows, platform capabilities, and foundational user experiences across multiple product areas. You’ll work across product, engineering, and leadership teams to define strategy, influence product direction, and deliver thoughtful, scalable design solutions. What you will do
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for platform capabilities and cross-product features, from discovery through delivery
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences
- Conduct and guide user research to uncover customer needs, workflows, and pain points across complex systems and experiences
- Advocate for user needs, accessibility, usability, and thoughtful design practices across products and platform experiences
- Develop frameworks, interaction models, and design patterns that scale across platform and product experiences
- Present design concepts, research insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor and provide gui
