We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Store Manager in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail / Quick Commerce / Logistics sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dark store operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare and manage workforce schedules for optimal productivity.
- Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Inventory Management – Maintain stock accuracy and replenishment planning.




- Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operational activities.
- Team Leadership – Manage and develop store staff performance.
- Scheduling & Workforce Planning – Optimize manpower utilization.
- Computer & Email Communication – Handle reporting and communication effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in quick commerce operations.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Performance metrics and process improvement expertise.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain management, or rapid-paced retail operations. Experience in managing teams, inventory, and store performance metrics is preferred. Exposure to quick commerce environments will be advantageous.

Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Additional: Relevant retail or supply chain certifications
