Position Summary
Indus Action is looking for an Associate Director/Senior Lead in Lucknow to project manage the engagements across different departments in the state to enable welfare access for the most vulnerable citizens. The projects will be in areas of sustained livelihoods (with a focus on Building and Other Construction Workers Act) and other welfare entitlements offered for poverty alleviation by the state.
Role and Responsibilities Zonal Operations -
â Diagnose for pain points and blockers in the process towards productive welfare access alongside the Citizen Experience Learning Lab (CELL) within Indus Action and the relevant government department.
