Lead ownership of enterprise SMTP gateways and secure email service ensuring the platform is secure, resilient and consistently delivers a high‑quality experience to colleagues across the organisation.
Act as the subject matter expert for Cisco Email Security Appliance SMTP Gateways and Cisco Secure Email Encryption Service, providing specialist guidance and direction to technology teams and stakeholders.
Support identity and access management processes, ensuring permissions, authentication and access models operate smoothly in partnership with the IDAM team.
Resolve complex service issues and coordinate incident response across internal teams and external partners and vendors to restore service quickly and effectively.
Embed strong security and compliance controls, working with Security, Risk and Compliance teams to
