Job description: Territory Service Manager

About the gig
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Territory Service Manager (TSM) to lead and optimize service operations for our electric vehicle customers within a designated territory. The TSM will be responsible for managing service partners, enhancing customer experience, ensuring technical excellence, and driving operational efficiency in line with EV-specific requirements such as battery diagnostics, software updates,
and remote diagnostics.
What you’ll do
- Ensure all business aspects in place (i.e., Manpower hiring, Manpower Training).
- Maintain valuable relations with Dealers.
- Communicate and determine customers' needs
- Sell the dealership service capabilities based on features, advantages, and benefits.
- Share and implement best practices in order to achieve a high level of customer service.
- Lead a team of city managers to manage service processes.
- Ensure dealer performance profit guidelines.
- Drive faster closure on corrective advice for field vehicles.
- Conduct regular surveys of competitors in the local market to feed optimization in service process (quality and profitability)
- Prepare and submit accurate zone-wise KPI report by the end of every month
- Spot negative movements in budget assumption and alert management
- Monitor customer complaints and warranty issues.
