About the role:

The Project coordinator will work along with PM for the end-to-end execution of wind projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and time with high QHSE while adhering to Indian regulatory standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, planning,



coordination with vendors preparing dashboards and reports and mitigating risks in the dynamic Indian renewables market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments for wind projects.
- Oversee project execution including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) coordination, quality control and Safety.
- Coordinate with development, procurement ,engineering and other stakeholders for smooth execution of project.
- Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Primavera, conducting regular site visits to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to ISO 9001/14001 standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to weather delays, supply chain disruptions, or policy changes and manage change order
