Accountabilities:

The Scaled Partner Associate will own the engagement and operational management of a broad partner portfolio,



ensuring partners receive consistent support, relevant communication, and the resources needed to succeed. The role requires solid organization, proactive outreach, and the ability to build relationships through written communication.
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of unassigned partners, managing questions related to accounts, referrals, program processes, and product information.
- Execute digital-first partner engagement initiatives through email campaigns, written outreach, and targeted communication based on partner activity and opportunities.
- Maintain partner relationships through clear, helpful, and personalized written interactions across email and collaboration platforms.
- Create and maintain enablement resources such as email templates, FAQs, and reference materials to help partners self-serve effectively.
- Identify high-potential or highly engaged partners and coordinate appropriate handoffs
