Backend - Core/API & Process Automation is responsible for designing, developing, and improving backend systems that enable reliable workflow execution and enterprise automation. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and the ability to contribute to complex distributed systems in a collaborative environment.
- Build and evolve backend features within event-sourced workflow engines and APIs supporting enterprise process automation.
- Develop, test, and deliver high-quality software while contributing to technical designs and architecture decisions.
- Design and maintain clean, reliable APIs with solid attention to developer experience, scalability, and backward compatibility.
- Work on distributed systems challenges involving event sourcing, command/event architectures, CQRS patterns, concurrency, ordering, and system reliability.
