The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of payroll integration and implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and client stakeholders.
This role focuses on project governance, documentation, communication, and tracking, enabling Implementation Leads, Integration Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Tracking
- Support project onboarding activities, including scheduling kick-offs and collecting inputs
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines aligned with implementation phases
- Track project progress from initiation through go-live and BAU handover
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, and adherence to project timelines
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project status trackers, dashboards, and RAG updates
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with visibility to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and standards
- Support preparation of project reports
