Job Summary:
Plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing communications strategies to enhance Cummins brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provides insights to optimize marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Serves key role in the creation and execution of integrated marketing communication plans and assets, working across stakeholders and subject matter experts. Monitors and tracks marketing communications projects and events and capable in presenting findings to stakeholders. Creates and coordinates engaging and relevant messaging and content for various marketing channels, including web, social media, email marketing, and other collateral. Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.



Aids in identifying and developing robust talent. Maintains and develops relationships with stakeholders/leaders/suppliers. Learns, adheres to, represents, and champions Cummins brand. Plans and executes virtual and in-person events that create memorable experiences and deepen connections to Cummins brand. Analyzes and optimizes campaigns and marketing initiatives based on metrics and data. Capable in presenting findings to stakeholders to drive meaningful conversations in the spirit of continuous improvement. Manages, supports, maintains budget/financials. Understands and employs the use of digital marketing tools, trends, and channels. Digital only: Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns, assists in budget management, and usage of analytics to track the performance of digital marketing efforts.
