The Role
Are you ready to join the team of software engineering experts at Kyndryl? We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end CNC activities including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 architecture
(Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic and BSSV).
• Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades (9.2.x),
apply ESUs/ASUs, and manage routine package builds and deployments.
• Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments natively on Cloud Infrastructure. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and server performance.
• Implement and refine system monitoring to track CPU, memory, database performance, and kernel health, moving from reactive troubleshooting to predictive maintenance.
• Administer JDE security, including role-based access control, setting up user profiles, and defining task views and menu filtering.
• Configure and support modern JDE technologies, specifically AIS Server
architecture and Orchestrator.
• Coordinate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage tablespaces, optimize database queries, and troubleshoot data blockages across SQL Server or Oracle environments.
