Accountabilities:

As a Partner Operations & Systems Lead,



you will be responsible for designing and managing the operational infrastructure that supports partnership growth. You will combine systems expertise, analytics, automation, and strategic insight to create scalable processes that improve efficiency and decision-making across teams.
- Own and optimize the partner technology ecosystem, including CRM structures, attribution systems, partner portals, and operational workflows.
- Design and maintain partner attribution models, reporting dashboards, and data frameworks used to measure partnership performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across partner records, deals, activities, and business touchpoints.
- Build and manage partner onboarding, certification, tiering, and lifecycle management programs.
- Create and improve operational frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials that allow teams to scale effectively.
