?‍? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive business analysis, solution design, and implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

• Gather & analyze business requirements and identify improvements

• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and technical specs

• Work with developers/architects to design & implement solutions

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration (workflows, forms,



business rules)

• Support deployments, upgrades, and enhancements

• Perform UAT, system & integration testing

• Maintain documentation (BRD, FSD, test cases, SOPs)

• Ensure quality delivery and stakeholder alignment

Requirements
- 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
- Experience in modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
- Strong in requirement gathering & business analysis
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Solid communication (4.5/5) & stakeholder management
- Implementation experience is mandatory
