Overview of the Associate, Operations:
The Associate role is an entry-level to early-career position designed to support day-to-day operations and assigned projects through a combination of transactional and tactical responsibilities. This role provides a robust foundation for individuals beginning their professional career,



offering exposure to core business processes while working under direct supervision.
The Associate is primarily responsible for completing assigned daily tasks and supporting small and/or non-complex clients or projects. The role focuses heavily on transactional work (approximately 80%), with additional involvement in tactical activities (approximately 20%) that contribute to medium- and long-term initiatives. Associates work closely with their immediate team and report to a manager or senior team member, gaining hands-on experience, skill development, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

- Complete assigned daily transactional tasks accurately, consistently, and on time
- Execute routine operational activities in accordance with established processes and guidelines
