Job Title: Team Lead – Business Development (Logistics & Cargo)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – Business Development to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience leading BDE teams and a strong background in business development. Experience in the Logistics, Cargo, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Logistics, Cargo, Freight, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry preferred.
- Ability to manage and drive a high-performing sales team.
