Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s in HR or Healthcare Management preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Proven expertise in hospital management systems, healthcare compliance (e.g., NABH, ISO, HIPAA), and medical workforce regulations.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and industrial relations specific to the Indian healthcare sector.




- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations in high-pressure, clinical environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with both clinical and administrative teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and digital tools used in healthcare HR operations.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making and organizational development.
- Ability to lead change, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards in a patient-centric, regulated environment.
