Optimize PP and QM performance across global operations
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP PP and QM solutions across a multi-plant,
multi-geography manufacturing landscape. You will ensure accurate demand planning, smooth production scheduling, robust quality processes, and data reliability to support operational excellence. You will also guide junior consultants and provide continuity in solution design, testing, and process improvements.
Your responsibility will be to:
• Analyze and translate production planning and quality requirements into SAP PP/QM solutions.
• Configure and optimize PP and QM submodules including BOMs, Routings, Production Orders, Inspection Plans, and Quality Notifications.
• Manage process improvements covering forecasting, MRP, scheduling, capacity planning, and quality workflows.
• Manage master data governance and integration with MM, FI, SD and other SAP modules.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, defect resolution, and user training activities.
