You will be responsible for building engineering excellence, mentoring managers and senior engineers, defining engineering best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.
As a Lead Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the engineering culture, driving technical innovation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps,



and executive leadership to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.

- Build and develop engineering talent through coaching, performance management, career planning, and succession planning.
- Drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex software projects across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and prioritize engineering initiatives.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development processes.
- Ensure high levels of software quality through robust development methodologies, testing strategies, and code review practices.
