Position Details:
- Role: CSR Executive
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1-2 years Maximum
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (General Shift)
- Working Days : 6 days/week

Goals & KPIs
1. Event Logistics & Execution
- Ensure end-to-end readiness of logistics (materials, transportation, venue setup, volunteer requirements) for CSR and DEI events, webinars, and workshops.
- Support flawless on-ground execution of assigned events (in-office and external).




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

2. Database & Tracker Management
- Maintain accurate event registration, participation, volunteer, and engagement trackers.

3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a centralized repository of CSR/DEI documentation, event photographs, and supporting materials.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual program summaries and reports.
- Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.

4. Event Coordination & Setup
- Support end-to-end coordination of CSR initiatives, including International Day of Service and other employee engagement events.
- Assist in pre-event planning, in office setup, volunteer management, and post-event closure activities.
- Ensure seamless coordination with facilities, security, communications, and administrative teams.

5. NGO & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as a coordination SPOC for assigned NGOs, community partners, and vendors.
