Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Private Wealth
Management to establish and lead our wealth management team in Chennai. The
incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing High
Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients while building, mentoring, and
leading a team of Wealth Managers. The role requires a solid blend of client relationship
management, leadership, strategic planning, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Wealth Managers.
• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of business
goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development
programs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding,
and training of new team members.
• Foster a high-performance and client-centric culture.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients.
• Develop long-term relationships by providing personalized wealth management
solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies.
• Ensure exceptional client servicing and timely resolution of client queries.
Business Development & AUM Growth
• Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through new client acquisition and
portfolio expansion.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to generate quality business
opportunities.
• Build relationships with family offices, corporates, institutions, and referral partners.
• Participate in business development initiatives, investor meets, and client
engagement events.
